Members of the Board
At the last Annual General Meeting 2016 the Board was chosen as follows:

• Chairman of the Board Palle Hansen
• CEO Niels Revsgaard Henriksen
• Member of the board Kaj Larsen - original founder of ProfCon a/s.
• Member of the board Mogens Tønne Andersen - Senior SAP Consulent.

Election of the Board
At the General Meeting, the entire Board (3-5 members) is elected every year, and there is no requirement that they need to be shareholders. The Board shall elect its President and eventuel Vice President.
